Football wasn't something Goncalo chose — it chose him.
From the moment he could kick a ball, football was everything. A passion that burned from childhood, it shaped how he saw the world and where he believed his life was headed. He played at a high level from a young age, driven by the kind of hunger that only comes from truly loving the game. Then, like so many before him, injury took that path away.
It's the moment that breaks most people. For Goncalo, it was the moment that would eventually change everything.
Years later, watching his children fall in love with the same game that had shaped him, something reignited. That fire — the one he thought he'd left on a pitch somewhere in his past — came roaring back. And with it came a question: what if I could give others what football once gave me?
That question became INCASA.DM. That answer became the Joga Bonito Tour.
Not everyone can travel the world to watch their heroes play. Most young players will never stand close enough to their idols to feel the electricity that makes them believe — really believe — that they can make it too. Goncalo built INCASA.DM to change that. To bring the world's greatest players to the global stage. To put world-class football in front of the next generation and show them what's possible.
Because somewhere in a crowd of thousands, watching Ronaldinho do things with a football that seem impossible, there's a kid deciding their future. And that kid deserves to dream as big as the game allows.

Jean Narde's story is one of them.
Born in Feira de Santana, Brazil, Jean grew up in a country where football is not just a pastime — it's a religion.
His family saw the fire in him early, and made sacrifices that only a family who truly believes in their child ever makes.
At a young age, Jean left home to follow his dream.
Not because it was easy.
Because it was the only path that made sense.
That sacrifice shaped everything that followed.
Jean rose through the youth ranks at São Paulo FC before making his senior debut at just 18.
During an era that produced some of Brazil's most gifted players, Jean trained and competed alongside Kaká and Ronaldo Nazário.
From São Paulo, his career took him to FC Saturn, Dynamo Moscow, Rubin Kazan, Guangdong Sunray Cave, Corinthians and Flamengo before eventually joining the global football stage.
Today, Jean brings a lifetime of football, relationships and global connections to INCASA.DM as Director of Player Relations & Strategic Partnerships.
